How does the Purple City Passport work?
Your Passport tracks stamps, giveaway eligibility, and results. Visit participating locations, scan QR codes, and check your Passport to see what you have unlocked.

Which email should I use?
Use the same email connected to your Purple City Passport. Stamps and giveaways are connected to that email, so using different emails may prevent your progress from updating correctly.

How do I collect a stamp?
Visit a participating Purple City location, open your Passport, and scan the QR code shown at the vendor. After check-in, your stamp will appear in your Passport.

Why is my stamp not showing yet?
Refresh your Passport and make sure you used the same email. If it still does not show, contact support with the location name and the email used for check-in.
Giveaways
How do giveaways unlock?
Giveaways unlock inside your Passport when you have the required stamps. Some giveaways require any number of stamps, while others require specific vendor stamps.

Can I enter giveaways from the Giveaways page?
No. The Giveaways page is for viewing prizes, status, and results. Entries are managed from your Purple City Passport.

How are winners shown?
When results are live, you can click See Results to watch the roulette reveal animation. The public page may then show the winner name.
Photos
How do I get featured on the photo wall?
Submit your Purple City photo or tag the event account if submissions are open. Approved photos can be added to the Community Photo Wall.
